5 Characteristics of Healthy Hair

Hair is our crown, women. Had not been so healthy, our hair? This is her characteristics:
A. Our hair is shiny and smooth? That's a sign we've got healthy hair. Hair that is dull and rough means less nutrition. Hair also needs nutrients, as well as body, and skin.
2. Healthy hair will not tangle easily. To maintain this, avoid combing hair when your hair wet and also stay away from heat, such as excessive sunlight, and hair dryer.
3. The hair is 'off' when combed it does not mean healthy. This is actually a healthy sign that our hair. But if we lose more than 50 hairs per day, it's time we pay attention to the problem of hair loss.
4. The damp hair is healthy because it does not wrinkle and does not 'light float'. Keep the moisture our hair with regular use of conditioner that suits your skin type our heads.
5. Healthy hair begins with a healthy scalp. A healthy scalp have no problem with dandruff. Too much oil on the hair will cause our hair to look dull and lifeless, even cause dandruff. If this is our problem, try washing your hair more often.
